Biking City Tour

Montevideo is a small, cozy city with few reliefs. If we add to this its safety, moderate traffic and the beautiful coast of the Platense River, we find an environment that is ideal to be traveled, admired and enjoyed by bicycle.

Our route:

Our tour begins in the South promenade, we pass by the old Mauá Dam and we go enjoying a beautiful view of the Ramirez beach, Rodó park and the particular summer theater.

The coast of the Rio de la Plata will guide us to one of the secrets that the city hides, a small and magical castle that seems to be its space between two great cement giants; Right away, we were delighted with the most famous beach in the city; Pocitos beach and she takes us by the hand to the Montevideo sign; Mandatory stop to take us a beautiful memory of our visit to the city.

The tour now leads us to know the scenario that saw great achievements to the national football team and has been declared a world football monument by FIFA; the mythical Centennial stadium; behind him, monument to the cart; a bronze sculpture that speaks for itself.

We leave the tranquility and green to get fully into the city and see it beating from inside to reach the Agricultural Market of Montevideo, here we will have a free time to walk and admire the facilities.

Returning to the course, we find a giant that rests serene and majestic in the middle of the traffic of the city; the Legislative Palace.

Our tour is coming to an end and now takes us to know the historic center of Montevideo to show us how the citadel worked and marvel at the beautiful architecture of the time.
